Anton Mikoleit

Anton Mikoleit is a certified facilitator and organizational consultant. He accompanies organizational development, strategy, and team development processes and provides training on these topics.

His work focuses on supporting change processes in the public sector — from municipalities and schools to actors in international development cooperation. In this context, he supports organizations particularly in participatory strategy processes as well as in shaping collaboration and transformation.

He studied Water Resource Management (B.Sc.) and subsequently the international and interdisciplinary Master's program in Environmental Management at Kiel University. His further training includes Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute, the Presencing Institute's Theory U program "Leading from the Emerging Future: From Ego to Eco," and the Future Search Academy's "Managing a Future Search" with Sandra Janoff and Michael Donnelly.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). 

He is also a certified INQA coach in the ESF Plus program INQA-Coaching, through which he supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the fields of production model & work organization, social relationships & culture, and leadership, professional development & career — helping them design employee-oriented, future-ready HR policies and strengthen their capacity for innovation by actively involving employees.
