Anton Mikoleit
Facilitator and consultant for organizational development

Anton Mikoleit is a certified facilitator trained at the Facilitation Academy Berlin and an organizational consultant with extensive experience designing and facilitating participatory processes. Over the past years, he has facilitated events ranging from small workshops to large-group formats, delivered trainings, and supported organizational development, team development, and strategy-building processes.
His work focuses on designing and facilitating change processes in the public sector — ranging from municipalities and schools to actors in international development cooperation. He supports organizations and institutions in participatory strategy development, organizational and team development, and the facilitation of collaboration and transformation processes in areas such as climate protection, sustainability, and education.
Anton holds a B.Sc. in Resource Management – Water and completed the international and interdisciplinary Master’s program in Environmental Management at Kiel University.
In addition to his formal education, he has participated in several advanced training programs and courses, including Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute, the Presencing Institute’s Theory U program “Leading from the Emerging Future: From Ego to Eco,” and the Future Search Academy training “Managing a Future Search” by Sandra Janoff and Michael Donnelly.
Since 2022 he is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
