Organisational Development
As consultants for organizational development, we support organizations in the planning and implementation of change processes. Organizational development is geared towards sustainable changes that are effective over a longer period of time. A key feature is the involvement of employees in the change process in order to promote acceptance and participation.
Depending on the context of the organization, our tasks include, for example
