80% funding for consulting services through the INQA Coaching Program

INQA Coaching is an employee-focused SME consulting program offered by the Initiative for New Quality of Work (INQA). It uses agile methods to help small and medium-sized enterprises and organizations find tailored solutions for the changes needed in human resources policy and work organization in connection with digital transformation. In this way, it helps them position themselves for the future and respond independently to change processes. Up to 80% of consulting services may be covered. The program is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus).
