Integration concept 2.0 - diversity, community, participation

"As part of the revision of our integration concept ‘Integration Concept 2.0 - Diversity, Community, Participation’, we were supported by the minc team - Teresa and Anton - over an extended period in 2024/25. Together with them, we designed and implemented three participatory events, in which they closely supported us both professionally and methodically.
Teresa and Anton were reliable and approachable process facilitators at all times. They brought a wealth of experience and sound expertise to the table. Thanks to their creative and lively variety of methods, good results were achieved in the events. The moderation of two events was always carried out in close coordination - structured, flexible and with a keen sense of the dynamics and moods in the room.

The collaboration was extremely constructive, authentic and inspiring. Many thanks for the dedicated support, the good cooperation - and not least for the successful course of our event series!"
