Open Space Technology

Open space technology is a process that has been used with groups of less than ten to more than two thousand people. It is an action-orientated approach that is designed exclusively by the participants themselves. It supports organisations and groups worldwide (schools, hospitals, villages, NGOs...) in the development of self-organised projects. In no more than three days, all of the participants' concerns can be dealt with in sub-groups and finally implemented in an action plan by agreeing on the next steps.

We offer, among other things, conferences and school development days in the Open Space format.
